Bolt-on Flex:
Through experience, we recognise that tailored service level agreements provide our clients reassurance and peace of mind that their assets are protected with a service and support regime. Not all SLA’s provide a bespoke solution and that is why we have the ‘Bolt-on Flex’ optional extra’s that can be included.
